Facilities
Accommodation:
The Lodge sleeps up to 50 people in 2,3,4,6 and 12 bunkroom configurations. Smaller bedrooms have been retained to provide privacy and individual space when needed. You will need to bring your own bedding and pillows.
Heating:
All rooms are carpeted and electric panel heaters are throughout the Lodge. A large log burner is in the common room and firewood is provided.
Cooking:
All groups need to be self-catering. There are two kitchens which, combined, have four stoves, three fridges, a freezer, and a microwave oven. All kitchen utensils, pots, crockery, and cutlery are provided.
Ablutions:
Ample toilet and washing facilities exist although it should be stressed that water availability needs to be monitored in times of low rainfall.
Drying Room:
A large drying room is available for use during the ski season.
Recreation:
A pool table and a table tennis table are available for indoor recreation. A large grass area surrounds the Lodge and is suitable for tenting, games, BBQs etc. There is also a native forest adjacent to the Lodge.
